Planning for effective interaction with investment applicants or proposers to provide financial and currency facilities (finance) to secure financial resources or direct internal and external participation in the plans and projects of National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) and its subsidiary companies.
2. Designing strategies and planning to attract and involve domestic and foreign investors and create coordination in the implementation of investment attraction and development goals.
3. Supervising the development of the company's international relations with international institutions active in the fields of refining, transfer, and distribution of petroleum products worldwide, such as companies, international investment institutions, research foundations, and international economic organizations.
4. Managing communications to attract and involve foreign and domestic investors and planning to introduce legal platforms and investment opportunities.
5. Supervising the implementation of necessary mechanisms in interaction with institutions and organizations that provide financial and capital facilities to facilitate domestic and international partnerships to create the financial infrastructure needed for the development plans and projects of subsidiary companies.
6. Supervising the creation of a suitable operational platform to attract the participation of capital centers, investor institutions, and organizations providing financial and capital facilities.
7. Monitoring the expansion and deepening of the comprehensive system of financial provision and its tools (money market, capital market, and insurances) with the participation of domestic and foreign real and legal entities, increasing the effective share of the capital market for the development of investment and economic stability, and reducing the riskiness of business activities with an emphasis on improving the transparency and health of the financial system.
8. Compiling investment development systems and financial resources provision policies, participating in creating credit tools and facilities with capital market actors.
9. Examining the technical and financial capability of investment applicants and presenting the final report to the board of directors, issuing the project assignment agreement, and taking other necessary measures such as concluding the memorandum of understanding and issuing the participation letter in coordination with the relevant units.
10. Monitoring the integrity and coherence of the entire investment attraction process, including providing information, introducing investment opportunities, and encouraging and incentivizing investors.
11. Monitoring the development of the company's commercial partnerships with other oil companies, investors, and active companies in the refining and distribution industry inside and outside the country.
12. Regularly examining the money and capital market to meet the company's development needs in the short and long term timely.
13. Supervising the design and selection of the most appropriate investment methods, focusing on the ability of investors in the development plans and projects of the National Refining and Distribution Company and its subsidiary companies.
14. Supervising planning to establish effective interaction between the company and the capital market and financial centers, supporting investors in using financial and banking facilities and financial consulting centers.
15. Monitoring the identification of opportunities to increase wealth production, value creation, and development in the company's supply chain, characteristics areas of activity of groups, capital centers, and monitoring investment flows inside and outside the country.
16. Monitoring the creation and completion of the information base and investment financial provision, issuing services, transferring technical knowledge, and connecting to the required information networks.
